For pet collars, measure your pet’s neck and review the product details before choosing a size, colour or style.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During holidays, sales periods, or when an item is handmade, customized, or temporarily out of stock, processing may take a little longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Time

Shipping Fee
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
Orders over $75 may qualify for free standard shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund. If the package is returned to us, an additional shipping fee may be required for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please carefully check the product size, colour and style before placing your order. For pet collars, we strongly recommend measuring your pet’s neck before purchasing to ensure a comfortable and safe fit.
Crystal pet collars are decorative accessories and should not be assumed suitable for strong pulling or leash use unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
