- handmade production;
- lighting and photography;
- different screen settings;
- natural or decorative material variations.
These minor differences are not considered product defects.
4. Product Size and Safety
Customers are responsible for measuring their pet carefully and selecting the correct size before placing an order.
Our pet jewellery and crystal collars are primarily designed as decorative accessories. Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, they should not be used for strong pulling, restraint, unsupervised outdoor use, or as a replacement for a secure walking collar or harness.
Customers are responsible for checking the product regularly and supervising their pet while it is being worn.
Discontinue use immediately if the product becomes damaged, loose, or uncomfortable.
5. Orders and Production
Most GemoraBond products are handmade or prepared after an order is placed.
Orders normally require 3–5 business days for production, inspection, and preparation before shipment.
After production has started, we may not be able to cancel an order or change its size, colour, birthstone, personalisation, or delivery information.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you if additional information is required before production or shipment.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.
