Thank you for shopping with GemoraBond. Each piece is carefully prepared to order, so please allow time for both production and delivery.

Order Processing

Most GemoraBond products are handmade or prepared after your order is placed.

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

Personalised products, large orders, promotional periods, public holidays, or high-demand seasons may require additional processing time.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery usually takes:

The total estimated time from placing an order to receiving it is approximately:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local courier services, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has entered production or has been shipped.

GemoraBond is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout. Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service team.

We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and reviewing the delivery status. Please provide your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in more than one package due to product availability, production arrangements, or fulfilment locations.

If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless clearly stated during checkout.
