Materials & Care
Materials vary by design and are listed on each product page. Where natural stones are used, colour, pattern, translucency, inclusions and surface texture may vary slightly from piece to piece. These natural characteristics make every piece unique and are not considered faults.
To keep your piece looking its best, wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it fully. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, perfume, salt water, prolonged moisture and hard knocks. Store separately when not in use.
Pet pieces are decorative accessories. Please supervise wear, check the fit and hardware regularly, and remove the piece if it becomes damaged. Do not use it for strong pulling or leash attachment unless the product page specifically states that it is suitable.
Sizing & Safe Wear
Measure before ordering and allow room for two fingers. Supervise wear, inspect regularly and remove decorative pieces for rough play, bathing or if damaged.
Delivery & Returns
Tracked delivery. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and tracking is sent after dispatch.
14-day returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for an eligible return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind or sizing returns is the customer’s responsibility.
If something is not right. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Product-specific exclusions. For hygiene and safety, worn pet collars, personalised or engraved pieces, photo lockets and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty. Natural variation in gemstone colour, pattern, translucency and inclusions is part of each piece’s character and is not considered a defect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
